The atmosphere was tense because she always asked this. And, finally because my emotions I finally wrote sebutin setting on HP.

Not satisfied because I finally tried the phone again Indosat Customer Service by using the home phone number 021 to 54,388,888. Then, I was handled by the B. Then I told I was having problems.
Apparently the B of this attitude is more friendly than the A. The B immediately asked where I was and immediately check to see if there is interference or not. After waiting a little longer I finally got the answer that there are no distractions and you will be creating a report to be submitted to the relevant section. And, will be contacted if necessary, and told to wait 3 x 24 hours.
Of handling both the Customer Service I am very sorry and very disappointed with the A treatment that does not absorb complaints or problems with either. My complaint is not thoroughly digested, and instead gave the standard treatment by blaming the settings in HP. In fact I mentioned at the outset that my HP connections elsewhere. I am considered as someone who does not know about HP's problems.
So I hope the party who handles field Indosat Customer Service to no longer ask who actually make arbitrary murky atmosphere. Try listening carefully to what was actually still requested by customers. The period just asked for a report on the internet that just do not want trouble.
Goods once my complaint letter can be a useful input to the service provider in the country. Especially the Indosat.
